Accounts on the Platform may only be created and maintained by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Certain courses — including The Mental Edge and Speed Simplified — are designed for use by youth athletes as learners, under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who holds the account. Where a minor accesses course content through a parent or guardian's account, the parent or guardian is responsible for that access and for any information provided in connection with it.

The Platform does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has independently created an account or submitted personal information without parental involvement, we will take prompt steps to delete that information.
